Organization circular from Imperial Wizard H.W. Evans to Faithful and Esteemed Klansman [R.E. Autry, Tulsa, OK]. Letter begins: "It has pleased Almighty God, in the plenitude of His Wisdom, to forge in the Workshop of the Universe a great instrumentality to labor and achieve for His cause...."
Stamped at the bottow left of the letter: K-TRIO Feb 22nd, Beno Hall. Very IMPORTANT. Be On Hand.

I did not seek this high honor, but the will of the members of Tulsa Klan Number Two, Realm of Oklahoma, saw fit to confer this honor on me and I am highly appreciative...."
